Welcome to MindSpark Academy. By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our platform.

1.Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, enrolling in a course, or browsing our website, you confirm that you are at least 16 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. If you are under 18, parental or guardian consent is required.

2.Your Account

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
  • You must provide accurate and up-to-date registration information.
  • You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
  • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account at info@mindsparkcourses.com.
  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

3.Course Enrolment & Access

  • Upon successful payment, you are granted a personal, non-transferable licence to access the enrolled course content.
  • Course access is for individual use only. Sharing login credentials or course materials is strictly prohibited.
  • We reserve the right to update, modify, or discontinue course content at any time.
  • Access duration is specified on each course page. Lifetime access, where stated, is subject to the platform remaining active.

4.Payments & Refund Policy

  • All prices are listed in AED unless otherwise stated.
  • Payments are processed securely through our payment provider. We do not store card details.
  • Refunds: You may request a full refund within 7 days of purchase, provided you have completed less than 20% of the course content.
  • Refund requests after the 7-day window will be considered on a case-by-case basis at our sole discretion.
  • Promotional or discounted purchases may be non-refundable; this will be stated at the time of purchase.

5.Intellectual Property

All content on the MindSpark Academy platform — including videos, slides, written materials, assessments, and graphics — is the intellectual property of MindSpark Academy or its instructors and is protected by UAE copyright law.

  • You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or publicly display course content without prior written permission.
  • Certificates issued by MindSpark Academy are issued to the named individual and may not be altered or misrepresented.

6.Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of UAE law.
  • Upload, post, or transmit any harmful, abusive, or offensive content.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of our systems.
  • Scrape, index, or data-mine our website without express written permission.
  • Resell or sublicense course content to third parties.

7.Certificates

Upon successful completion of a course (including all required assessments and a minimum 80% lesson completion rate), you will receive a verified digital certificate. Certificates reflect the course content completed and are not equivalent to government-regulated qualifications unless explicitly stated.

8.Disclaimer of Warranties

The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. MindSpark Academy makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of the content for any particular purpose. We do not guarantee specific career or income outcomes from completing our courses.

9.Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by UAE law, MindSpark Academy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including loss of data, lost profits, or business interruption.

10.Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE.

11.Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide at least 14 days' notice of material changes via email or site notification. Continued use of the platform after the effective date of changes constitutes acceptance.
